Coronavirus Update

The safety and health of our team is of utmost importance and we have put steps in place to make sure our studio is as safe as possible.

Now more than ever is a time when people need some joy delivered to their doorsteps and we at DLISH are here for you in these uncertain times.

Delivery to all EU countries is working as normal and as an extra precaution courier companies do not need a signature for parcels, they can also be left in a special place to avoid contact.

This is an ever-changing situation, which we’ll be monitoring closely, if you have any questions please contact us.


Are your products sustainable?

At DLISH we understand how important it is to take actionable steps towards a more sustainable future. We make every effort to minimize our environmental impact and reduce our carbon footprint. From recycled packaging to sustainably sourced products, we show commitment to ethical designers, farmers, and vendors so you can feel assured knowing that we put our environment first.


How do you ship?

Standard and untracked parcels are sent by 1st class Mail. Express or tracked deliveries will be sent using either TNT, Fedex or DHL depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the parcel is shipped you will receive the relevant tracking information.

Shipping charges will be applied to all purchases and will be based on location of delivery.

Once your order has been placed a tracking code will be emailed to you.


Can I select a date when
the gift should arrive?

That’s a good idea, right now please leave any instructions in the comment field during checkout and we will do our best to make sure your requests are met.


Can I make changes to my
order once it has been placed?

Yes, however time is off the essence as we process orders very quickly. Please call us at +39 320 850 5188 or email us at club@dlish.us and we will work with you to amend your order.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Global express shipping is available with DHL. Applicable shipping costs will be applied based on your region.


What is your returns policy?

Products are refundable if they are returned to us in re-saleable condition.

*All returns must be processed within 14 days and can be issued via credit note if preferred*


Do you offer gift wrapping?

We pride ourselves on our curated gifting service and therefore, are committed to lovingly preparing all orders in our stylish signature packaging.  

If you are looking to add an additional, personalized touch, we offer curated gift boxes with our special food and design items inside.


Can I add a gift message?

Yes. You will be able to personalize a message at checkout.


Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. You can choose from multiples of €50. You can choose to write your own gift note or let us add one.


Do you include receipts in
the box?

No. We like to present our curations in an elegant and aesthetically memorable way and therefore, do not include receipts. Your order confirmation will be emailed to you.


Can I return a gift that
I received?

Yes. If the product is faulty you have 14 days to notify us and return your parcel. We can arrange to collect from you or refund your return postage should this be the case.

If you decide you don’t like a gift, or that it is unsuitable, you can also return it to us within 14 days. However, it must be in completely re-saleable and unused condition, with all the relevant parts included in the original parcel. We will then issue a refund or credit if preferred. Please note personalized goods cannot be returned or refunded due to their bespoke nature.


Do you offer corporate gifts?

Yes. We have an expert in-house corporate team dedicated to ensuring that gifting to clients and colleagues is done as effectively and memorably as possible. We work across a broad range of projects and have the capacity and expertise to mange all stages from concept to creation, delivery and global fulfilment.

Do I need an account to
place an order?

No you don’t need an account to complete a purchase. We will store your details to make returning purchases easier by recognizing your details.
