Using traditional methods that have been handed down from generation to generation, all Maida products are produced using local raw material from the region of Campania in the South of Italy. Handmade and free from all additives and preservatives, the Maidai organic sauces and conserves are made using ancient recipes. 

      The Maida Black Olives are made using regional olives from the Campania region in the South of Italy. One hundred percent Italian, the black olives are preserved using Italian extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, giving it a special taste. Perfect for making pasta, in salads, as an aperitivo and much more.

      • Ingredients: black olives, extra-virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, chili pepper and salt.
