Designed for Eleit.it by Raffaella Guidobono, founder of Leftover design studio in Palermo, Italy, the Speziale spice container is an innovative take on grandma's traditional spice dish. Inspired by a toolbox, Speziale is both functional, elegant and portable, preserving the scents, colors and tastes of your favorite spices. The single spice box is a sort of sewing box in which your special spices serve as “tools” for the kitchen and for creating aromatic and tasty delights that make lasting memories - all around the table.
Speziale, whose name was used to indicate the Masters of Aromatics in medieval times, invites respect for the infinite resources of spices and emphasizes the urgency of reducing packaging within the agro-food trade.
