Negroni Recipe (1 glass):

Ingredients

• 25ml gin
• 25ml vermouth
• 25ml bittter
• ice
• For the garnish a slice of orange

Method

1. Pour the gin, vermouth and bitter into a mixing glass or jug with ice.
2. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
3. Strain into a tumbler and add 1 large ice cube
4. Garnish with an orange slice
