Elio (Measuring & Serving Spoon) - Famiglia Oliva Collection

Part of the Famiglia Oliva Collection, the Elio (the sun) serves as a measuring tool used for dosing the ideal amount of olive oil to be added to your dish. The perfectly designed vessel provides both a convenient handle for pouring as well as a tube for measuring the olive oil. Handmade by local Neopolitan craftsman Rua Catalana, the tin-plated brass and copper measuring devise is characterized by archetypal shape. 

Ideated by Mariella Caputo, a sommelier, restaurant owner and master olive oil taster and designer Astrid Luglio the Famiglia Oliva Collection playfully brings to life the ancient and rustic ritual of olive oil tasting.
