DLISH is headquartered in Los Angeles and operates globally. Our primary locations include Los Angeles (USA), Naples and the Amalfi Coast, Milan, Tuscany, Lake Como, Rome, and Florence in Italy. We also deliver experiences in Dubai, London, and Marrakech. Virtual culinary experiences are available worldwide with premium ingredient kits delivered to participants.
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance for domestic experiences and 8 to 12 weeks for international programs. This allows time for consultation, custom menu development, venue sourcing, and ingredient procurement. DLISH experiences are designed for groups ranging from 8 to 200 guests, depending on the format. Intimate private dining experiences work best with 8 to 20 guests. Corporate team building is ideal for 15 to 60 participants. Brand activations and large-scale events can accommodate 100 to 200 or more. Every experience is scaled and designed to maintain quality regardless of group size.
Absolutely. Every DLISH experience is custom-designed, and dietary requirements are built into the menu from the ground up, not treated as afterthoughts. We accommodate all dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and specific allergies. Our consultation process includes a detailed dietary assessment for all participants.
Yes. DLISH virtual experiences are designed for remote and hybrid corporate teams. We deliver premium, pre-portioned ingredient kits to each participant worldwide, then lead an interactive chef-guided session via video conference. Virtual formats include pasta making, wine and cheese pairing, chocolate workshops, and custom cultural tastings. These are fully interactive, not passive webinars.
DLISH is an experiential design studio, not a caterer or cooking school. We design complete sensory experiences that combine culinary artistry with cultural narrative, strategic objectives, and intentional design. Every element, from the ingredients and plating to the venue atmosphere and guest flow, is architected to create specific outcomes: deeper team connection, stronger brand association, or lasting personal memory.
