Through storytelling, music, and the dishes of Iran, each evening brings the richness of Persian heritage to the table: Fesenjoon with pomegranate molasses, Mirza Ghasemi, saffron rice with crisp tahdig, pistachio ice cream with pomegranate. In a time when visiting Iran may not be possible, the Caravan brings the heart of that homeland to you.
