The Story

Hospitality as an Inheritance

For thousands of years, the caravanserai stood along the roads of Persia as places where travelers from every direction sat at one table. Strangers arrived. Guests left. The table did the work.

The Persian Caravan arrives like the caravans of old, laden with culture, flavor, and artistry. Through storytelling, music, and the dishes of Iran, each evening brings the richness of Persian heritage to the table: Fesenjoon with pomegranate molasses, Mirza Ghasemi, saffron rice with crisp tahdig, pistachio ice cream with pomegranate. In a time when visiting Iran may not be possible, the Caravan brings the heart of that homeland to you.

The series debuted at The Space in Milan and travels to private homes, corporate gatherings, and cultural institutions worldwide.

The Evening

What the Caravan Carries

01

The Senses

Taste, sight, sound, scent, and touch. Saffron and rosewater, Persian textiles on the table, music chosen for the room. Beyond the five senses lies a sixth: the essence, the connection that lingers after the evening ends.

02

The Procession of Courses

A menu drawn from Iran's table: Salade Laboo, Sabzi Khordan, Mirza Ghasemi, Fesenjoon, Gheymeh, saffron rice with tahdig. Each course arrives with its story told at the table, not printed on a card.

03

The Gathering

Bespoke gatherings that embody Persian hospitality, and cultural collaborations for brands and hosts who want their guests to slow down, connect deeply, and remember the evening by name.
